The Frontier are a three piece band from Grimsby playing commercial Rock covers from the 60’s to the present day. They cover artists artists such as Bon Jovi , Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, The Darkness, Guns & Roses, REM, Green Day, The Kinks, Rolling Stones and many more. They have a vast set list & no matter what your favourite era was they will have something lively & rocky for you.

The band is made up of Dan on Bass and Lead vocals, Chip on Drums and Dave on lead guitar and backing vocals and between them they have 100 years gigging experience.

Dan has been lead vocalist and Bass player in many bands over the years touring venue up and down the country he has performed with the Red Stops and The Frantics.

Chip has been performing in bands for the last forty years turning professional after leaving school and joining a band called The Riot Rockers who he toured the U.K and Europe with. He then went on to join the Rock band fahrenheit touring the countries Rock circuit & festivals. The last twenty years or so he has been with The Rumble Band and Starvin Sid.

Dave has also been in bands for the last forty years. He first played in a band called Zebra in 1979. He then went on to join Brix who won Lincolnshire’s Rock Open in 1983 they then changed the bands name to Chinese Whispers and turned fully professional touring the U.K and also the army bases in Germany. Dave since joined a Bon Jovi tribute band called Crush and has played with DMG, The Detonators and The Frantics.

The Frontier formed in march 2016 after the demise of The Frantics and have gone from strength to strength so if you like Classic Rock catch them at a venue near you, you wont be dissapointed.
